I am Ginna Matson, a Louisville, Kentucky wedding planner devoted to creating celebrations that are both deeply personal and impeccably executed.
Family is the foundation of my life. As a mother and wife, I understand the weight and significance of the moments that bring people together. That perspective shapes the way I approach every wedding I plan. With care, discretion, and unwavering attention to detail.
I founded my planning company in 2018, originally as Hummingbird Page Event Co., and in four years guided nearly 150 couples through thoughtfully curated wedding experiences. After a purposeful season of refinement, I returned to planning with a sharper focus and a clear commitment to intentional, elevated celebrations across Louisville and throughout Kentucky.
My work lives at the intersection of design and disciplined execution. From historic estates and private properties to architecturally significant venues in downtown Louisville, I oversee each celebration with strategic oversight and refined precision. Budgets are structured with intention. Vendor teams are carefully curated. Timelines are orchestrated to feel seamless rather than scheduled.

I am an Enneagram 3w2, an achiever at heart, with just enough ADHD to fuel big ideas, creative problem solving, and intentional wedding design. That combination allows me to see possibilities others might overlook and bring a fresh, thoughtful perspective to every celebration I plan.
As a Louisville wedding planner, creativity matters, but execution matters even more. I balance vision with logistics so your wedding feels both inspired and seamless. Whether we are designing an elevated estate wedding in Kentucky or coordinating a high energy downtown Louisville reception, my role is to ensure every detail is handled with precision.
My favorite moment on a wedding day comes at the very end, when you, and often your parents, pull me in for a hug and tell me how supported you felt throughout the process.
